My name is prateek and I want to tell you that I had signed the agreement on resumefilling.com and now i could not reach to do 700 resume now they are continuously calling and torturing me mentally saying we will sue you.file a case against you etc..and asking me to pay 7670 money and I continues get a call from a lawyer and I get many emails from legelteam@resumefilling and they continuesly telling that they can give notice to me ... So, I have blocked all the contact and all the number from which they are torturing me. Please help ... please help.....

This concern called me, asked for my documents and then gave me job of filling up 600 resumes online. Now as I am a working professional, so I was not able to complete the job on time. Now they are claiming a penalty amount as they have captured my digital signature too and saying that I have signed the contract which I have already not accepted. They are sending me threatening messages

They are calling and emailing me to pay money of 6500 plus GST if not case will be filed on you. Can anyone can complete 600 resumes in 7 days we can complete 400 min. Now day to day the making on calls and reminding me to pay money. The lawyer is also fraud sending the msg very smartly that we cannot reply to those messages. LEGAL LB from this were sending msgs and emails from resumefilling.com and call identified by true caller is Jay Singh. So, I request you to immediate action against those fraud people and save me and people suffering from this.

I'm a student and tried of doing an online job to earn for saving. I ended up with this company and completed all the 600 resumes within the stipulated time. I gave upon my sleep, food, and other regular works and studies in doing this. But when they sent the Accuracy Report it had about 73 not approved ones out of which 15 are correct but for no reason they have not approved of these.
I sent them a request mail for rechecking those but never got a reply. Rather they are sending me warning notice to pay about Rs. 7670.
Later I saw that many of them had the same problem with the same company from different ways, numbers and names. And that they are fake. I saw few people have attached their payment history to them and had also complained of not receiving any NOC from them.
It also disturbs me that they would send me legal notices that are not real and mentally disturb me. Calling, texting and mailing me daily and threatening with fake legal notices it really disturbs me from doing anything , I cannot even focus on my studies.
I really feel they must be stopped because a lot of people have worked hard and put their time and effort in it. This is really bringing down the trust and reliability on any other online job providers also.
I request you to take necessary actions in preventing such fraudulent activities for a better future of Youth doing Work from Home in our Country. So that nobody gets cheated like any of those who had already been trapped with this.
