A person wearing a Surf Excel branded shirt took my phone and made a call to 1800 313 4644. After that, I received an SMS from HUL saying “Thanks for contacting HUL” with a coupon code for discount. I shared that coupon code thinking it was normal. I want to verify whether my phone number was misused and request investigation if any fraud activity is involved.
