Dear Sir,
This is inform you as per your sending msg you told me today your support team will call me and the amount is refund. But now you can't pick-up the phone. I call you several time to call you but you never pick-up the phone, ok that's your matter. But one thing as your promise to refund money you can't do that so its proved your company is totally fraud and fake company. You can taken any action which is told me I will help our Indian Cyber Crime Branches. You are illegal so, how can you step with law against me. You can't imagine what am I going to do for this. Rupees 6588/- is not a such big thing but I want to be stopped the chit fund as yours company run and fraud with a poor people. They replied and treated like this way. We were going to give you full support and your full money refund but you are doing wrong practice from the first day. You put a totally wrong complaint against company at complaint board. So on one hand you are blaming the company and want to destroy the company and on the other hand you want your money back.
You will receive your amount on the single condition that just type a sorry mail to us and on the complaint board that softpayz is a good company and giving my money back never the less I am a cheap person ( sanjib dey).
If you will not type the sorry mail then forget your amount.

The owner of the company threaten me every time and didn't want to refund my money. He told me if not tell sorry with every one then he can't me give money refund nothing and told you are in lockup after 3 days. So I taken help of cyber crime P.S. The O.C receive all documents and said we find the company and also proprietor. Today I phone them they talking with very slang language. They Cleary told today they don't refund the money. Sir I request you please investigate and whatever you need for the processing I provide all necessary documents. Thanks with regards
