Sir, My dual SIM mobile Le Eco Le 1S brand of IMEI No.1- 869087021898686 and IMEI No.2- 869087021898694 with SIM No.1- 7984863198 SIM No.2- 9408699043 had been snatched by Lt Manish Kumar Sharma on dated 13Aug17 at about 1430hrs. That time device was locked afterwards he given the mobile to others. The device contains my personal data, certificates, bank details, further job plans, my personal pictures and other important documents belongs to me and my family. After mentally harassing me for 03 days he returned the mobile via someone else on dated 16Aug17 at 1410hrs. He has broken it's password and snooped it's data without my concern. Many settings of my mobile has been changed I received it without password protected. He, joined with other unknown person violeted my right of privacy. Therefore it is requested that the matter may be investigated and action may be taken as per existing IPC and IT security laws
