Hi i have taken the loan and my due date is on 28 july and i have made the payment on 26 july but the payment is not updated in the application and 28 july i got the call form the application executive and he said this is not our fault you have to make the payment and the older one will be refund in 2 days and he said if i am not paying then he will call to my relatives and abuses them and after that i made the exentsion amount and now they have extended the loan to 1 aug and today again got the call and they said you have to pay,, i do not know what is happening, i have the screenshots of the payment but they do not even bother to aee that, please raise the complaint because i do not have more money to pay

Sir mene ak loan me loan ka aavedan kiya . Jis par mujhe 1100 rs. Diya gya jiska mujhe 6 din 2000 chukane ka bola gya . Jo me yah pesa Dene me asmarth hu. Mene bola me 1100 ka 1100 hi vapish kr sakta hu.es baat mujhe moneyapp walo ne gali di or mere ristedaro ko pareshaan karne ki dhamki di...sir please halp me
