Today around 10.40 am i received a call from 8405828468 and he told me that your paytm has blocked due to not copmplete KYC. Again he suggest me , if u want use paytm in future then complete KYC process. He send a link through a sms on my paytm no 9899576901 to to complete the KYC process . After that I received an OTP on my paytm no . He asked me OTP no to complete the KYC process i gave him OTP no.after that he cut the phone. When i checked my paytm balance I shocked that all balance(Rs.730) has been send to 8276824160 at 10.44 am. This is a cyber crime aginst customer . I request you please take immediate action against such crime so that this not happened again with someone else . I hope that you will take proper action.
