Our fridge was not working properly , so we searched for online samsung fridge service for the repair of our fridge. From there we found the number of Repair solution. We called them and ask for the engineer to repair our freezer as it is not freezing water into ice. They sent us repair man called Ritesh. He changed one sensor and charged 2970 Rs. from us. gave us the bill in the name of R.K enterprises. and promised us satisfactory service if fridge doesn't work properly. he told us to wait for one day. The next day our problem of fridge was not solved. we called him again and again but neither the person came nor Repair solution sent us another engineer. They refused to pay our money and now they are not picking our phone also. It is a case of cheating and fraud. I request you to take an action against them and help us to return our money from them. kindly don't ignore the matter as many will be cheated through them as we were cheated. Thankyou.
