I ordered a puma bag on 5aug and was delivered to me on 11aug 2017 ,due to poor quality i returned the bag and asked for refund .But the company i.e. amazon did not refund the money on my registered bank account instead they put that on Amazon pay wallet which of no use for me .Even after complaining several times they are not willing to refund my money till date i.e.31aug 2017 . I want some strict action to be taken against such fraud.
