I booked my bus ticket from Delhi to Moradabad by using travelsyaari.com website on 21-06-2017 and my ticket was on 22-06-2017 the bus time was 9:14 AM and I reached to the Kaushambi bus stand at 8:55 AM and I wait for my bus from 8:55 AM till 10 AM and whenever I ask about the bus tracking position then the customer care officer who was in bus stand information centre said that this number bus has been already discard from the routine since last one month and when I call to travelsyaari.com customer care executive then they said we have no information regarding the bus and you have to wait till 10AM for the bus and if the bus didn't arrived then you can go with some other transport, after 10:15 AM I call this company again to cancel my ticket because bus didn't came and I pick another transport then they said that they refund my ticket amount within 2-3 days but now it's almost a week and they didn't refund my amount and I called them regarding this then they said we didn't get any information regarding your ticket cancellation but we register your complaint previously.
