Dear Sir, I have ordered Lenovo K8 on 4th Nov'17 and order no. # 404-0521381-3045926, and then have to cancel the order. Amazon said that they will pay me in 3-4 days, but they didn't provide my refund and after so many mails, they are saying that they already refunded me by giving some 6 digits nos. to track. I have my account in Indian Bank, A/C No.-6442085570, IFSC Code-IDIB000M085.My branch confirmed that there was not any refund from Amazon.in yet, it's been 1 month, but Amazon didn't paid me my refund. I have also raised the complain in the Customer service of Indian Bank portal but they didn't replied about it. I have also forwarded Bank's mail to Amazon confirming no refunds in the period of 4th to 30th Nov, but Amazon repeatedly saying that they have already given my money. I have paid through my debit Card but in one mail by Amazon, they said I have paid credit card which I don't have any. This Amazon company is totally a lie and Fraud. Please solve this problem. I am feeling like a victim.
