received defective item and unable to reach the seller (Complacenciaa) for refund

Hello Sir/Madam

i have come across this product (Complacenciaa) on online and ordered it for my parents on 1st April 2023, by way of cash on delivery, It's a pain reliver handheld motor-based massager. The product was delivered by mr.chekka venkatesh on 4th April 2023, at 12.07pm. i paid him the bill amount by means of Google pay vide upi transaction id: 346026701530 of Rs.2999.  On opening the product initially there is a crack in the head of the device and was sort of repaired or fixed. i immediately called the delivery person but he said i should contact the seller. on visiting the site there is no proper contact details at all. i tried to contact the intermediary (shiprocket) but is of no use. Request you to intervene and help also put a stop to such unreliable sellers to cheat consumers- rajeshwar /hyderabad

I have purchased ProRelax Massager from your esomedealz.com on 3rd May 2023.


I received this product yesterday But when checked it is not as per my requirement and seems faulty. You are requested to take this product back immediately and give me a refund.
The order receipt of the product is attached for you to view. n visiting the site there is no proper contact details at all. i tried to contact the intermediary (shiprocket) but is of no use. Request you to intervene and help also put a stop to such unreliable sellers to cheat consumers.
