A person wearing a Surf Excel-branded shirt hone and made a call to 1800 313 4644. Shortly after the call, I received an SMS from HUL saying “Thanks for contacting HUL” along with a coupon code for a discount.

I shared the coupon code because I believed it was a normal promotional activity. I am now concerned that my mobile number and/or the coupon code may have been misused.

I request that this incident be investigated and that it be verified whether my mobile number or the coupon code was used for any unauthorized registration, transaction, or fraudulent activity. I can provide the SMS and call details if required.
