Hi,

Vogue Modelling India company had approached us and informed our two kids are selected for advertisement modelling and required photography auditions.

Even though they are from Mumbai, they have taken rent studio (Lingarapa's)  at Banjarajara hills Hyderabad.

They have mentioned for training and making photographs album each parent need to pay some amount, they have mentioned we need to pay 18000/- Rs only.

Since the Lingarapa's studio is familiar in Hyderabad we got ready to pay the amount and requested to Vogue company to share our agreement and Bill.

They told us they are preparing and before they prepare the bill they want to swipe the card, we have agreed and handover the card to them, when we saw the message in our mobile about the swipe amount and billing company name we suspected them and asked, instead of Vogue, why SMS got in apurvakriti productions. then we asked them to Cancel the transaction and refund our amount. But they have not done, immediately we call to Credit card bank and mentioned to cancel the transaction and then we have given police complaint in Banjara Hills Police station and FIR no is 82/2018 under section 406 and 420.

I came to know that amount is not sent to Apurvakrithi Productions and then requested to refund the amount to me, but know bank says get cancel letter or refund action confirmation from a merchant.

When company itself is fraud done, how can they send those letters?

Please help in this regard.
