I registered for a trek with this company online. I received email confirmation. Then I made the payment by NEFT transfer. I shared the transfer details by email and SMS with Amit Bhadoriya, the owner, and received a reply. One day before the event I call and message him and he tells me I cannot go to the event as I haven't registered. I forwarded him our conversations 4 times but he says he didn't receive them. I have paid 2000 for myself and my friend. He said he will refund the money but now I have been told by another friend that he doesn't give refund. Please help.
