I received a message from Ullu app regarding an OTP I never downloaded the app. Also I don't check my messages. So it was in my inbox for a day or so. Is it something dangerous and fraud?

I got an OTP too. I have neither heard about this app nor installed it. OTP received on 16 /9/23 at 11.58 PM.
