Be very careful while ordering with them. They are big cheat and Fraud and has cheated thousands of people. A lot of people had made payment and waiting for their products or refund. Nobody answers the phone or email. The website looks very promising and professional but under it are big scam. I my self got duped by placing an order and after 2 months nothing delivered or money refunded ! Wrote a lot of mail and made May be 100 phone calls! Govt. of India wants to promote e-commerce but where is the mechanism and laws to book these kind of crooks!

What is said by Mr. AmitChakravertty is very true. Now my story to help this world stay away from these frauds.

Toolwale.com is biggest cheater and fraud. The looter behind toolwale.com dupe people by looting their hard earned money. I ordered a soft hammer/mallet for INR 263/- from http://www.toolwale.com/ on Fri, Oct 20, 2017 at 7:38 PM after finding it cheapest on toolwale.com dring usual google search.  I blindly trust them as I thought my payment would be secure by their payment gateway service provider (I opt to pay through https://www.payumoney.com/). My Payment ID was 167073610. Merchant Order ID was 2402347. Merchant Transaction Identifier was 2402347 and Order Amount paid was Rs 263.00 as per payumoney acknowledgement email. My online transaction was successful as per payumoney aforementioned acknowledgement. It's already over a week now but toolwale.com support/contact neither acknowledged me my order dispatch status nor replied to my several emails sent to them. Even their payment gateway service provider (payumoney) is of no use.  Payumoney would keep replying with contact address of merchant (yogesh@expertsinternetservices.com) who is not traceable or replying to my emails. Toolwale support is even not picking my phone. I called them on 1800-2700-427 several times but the looter has put the number on some voice call recording service all the time and will never pick the call him/her self ever. Hence if you don't want  to loose your hard earned money then never buy anything (product/service) from http://www.toolwale.com/ or www.expertsinternetservices.com. Even payumoney.com is also indirectly cheating people by providing payment gateway service to such a long established fraudsters.
