Problems which i am facing since day one.
- No one is answering on call center number, after 5 days of continuous calling Mr. Promod picked the call for first time and assured to process my claim.
- Policy not received , only Cards and one message machine received, no policy document received.
- First claim is pending since 12th June 2017.
- No one is replying on email even after 8 reminders.
this support seems a fraud policy, please either pay my claims money or refund my policy amount.
