Sir/Madam, I have ordered on 11/01/2022 for a Eureka Forbes Easy Clean Plus 600 vacuum cleanerKent egg boiler through VIRATMO online company and paid Rs. 399/- through Paytm (payment received by Dave Enterprieses, Surat) but not received any text message or email order confirmation regarding my order. This seems that company has cheated me. Please do necessary action against the company. Order ID is 96447. After placing the order I received an automatic message that "Thank you for your order. Your payment has been successfully received."
