I bought a Rotimaker from Naptol. Since the day I bought it,its not been working. I followed all the instructions on the manual,still its not working. I called the customercare of Naptol and told them that its only been 1day that iv used the product,but its not working at all n i requested for a refund. But these people are so....shameless that they told me directly that they wont be giving me a refund. Infact,they were extremely rude and also told me not to call them again. This is totally unfair. This company is a fraud one. They show some different product on tv and deliver us some other product. Its not a matter of small amount. Iv paid 1600 rs for that stupid thing and now iv lost my money. I want a very strong action to ne taken against this company
