I ordered a mobile cover on 6th of August and the mobonise order id is 2514289. I paid Rs199/- online since there was no option to pay cash on delivery. After waiting for almost a week I messaged them on various sites like WhatsApp, Messenger and even emailed them but there was no reply from them. I found two numbers but both of them are not reachable.Now I am pretty much sure that these people are fraud. I have attached the photograph of the message which I got after I ordered my product. And this is the address shown on site -"2 floor , 205 Gokulam Aracade Sarthana Jakatnaka Surat -Gujarat" I hope this complaint comes into action and something is done against those fraud people.
