I am using nextra broadband services but whenever i recharge n try to use i get many problems like net not working or slow n customer support not helpful at all but as I don't have any other service provider in my area so I have to use the service. This month when I recharged I was unable to use the service and when I asked them to extend my validity they are not helping me with that n just asking me to wait n wait n wait. And resolving the ticket saying my no.was switched off or busy n still not helping me with that. I am helpless and they are not helping with the issue and ignoring me.
