I bought a SMART WATCH from naptool, after they promised me video recording cam. But the phone cannot record videos. After complaining and returning it is two months, and no action is taken.

I want to file a case for the
1. Ineligibility to keep minimum standards.
2. Illeterate employees knowledge on their job.
3. 100% frustration, slowest uncared harsh stupid and illeterate response by both employer and employees.
4. No update on the conversations, each time a new person found and repeat story. I was forced to talk to atleast 10 employees due to their illeteracy, careless, offensive, stupid behaviours. I want justice, pls take up my complaint and shut down this company.
