Placed an order to surprise my friend. My bad luck that I found this website, I placed the order on 2nd August 2020 at 2.29 pm, as the website claimed that the delivery would be within 3 hours, however, at the time of check out, I selected delivery time 06.00 pm to 09.00 pm on the same day (2nd August 2020). I got the confirmation of the order being placed with them.

However, the issue is there was no update about the order, we tried to connect to the "+91 11 4595 1000" - MyFlowerTree helpline number but there was no response.

They have taken the amount and the order is not delivered to my friend for whom I have placed it. There is no refund issue about the order not being delivered within the mentioned time selected, no support from their website "https://www.myflowertree.com". At the chat window, no response after raising the issue. No chat support at the website, no call or call back support, no email support.
