I had ordered sofa from this site because of some reason we canceled it within half an one on call as it was written on the site that I can cancel it within 24 hours from time of order.But there was no option on site so called them to cancel it .next day I got massage than it has been cancelled but immediately I got another message that my order is been processed but it had another order number.Again I called them multiple times as already 14-15 hours have passed and it should be cancelled within 24 hours .After much ado....they said it is cancelled and money will be refunded soon. Even after multiple follow ups they still have not refunded the amount. The first order number was 100009389 dated 30/04/17 and the second one which we never placed was 100009441 dated 02/05/17
