I have purchased Samsung J 7 prime from Samsung galary chakrata road Dehradun dated 17-10-2016 it costed me Rs 18500/-it is under warranty for 1 year as per the terms of company now suddenly my mobile stopped working when I complained in Samsung service centre they are asking for rs 12500/- for repair cost why would I pay when it is under warranty
