As you know that your round was conducted in SC Auto Industry for the QA QC Manager for Singapore location has been qualified. And your name has been forwarded as a selected candidate.
Now as per company guidelines we have to complete the documentation formalities. So by today they will submit the application for your IPA (In-Principal Approval) for the employment in SINGAPORE. I hope the IPA will approve within 10 working according to MOM (Ministry of manpower SINGAPORE) guideline.
After approval from Ministry of Manpower SINGAPORE we can issue your offer letter. So after completion of IPA you will get offer letter from Hays Recruiter from India.
So you will have to send these documents for approval. So remaining documents like scan of signature and id proof you have to send now.

To complete the further procedure you have to pay some security refundable amount (Application amount).
And security amount is totally refundable with the third month of salary.
Payable amount in Indian currency is INR - 40,000/- (IPA & Security amount as refundable)
We are informing you that this refundable security fee taking by company only to make sure candidate is really interested for this position or not. Because some candidate like this way they don't join the company after getting IPA and Visa.
Regarding your offer letter as per discussion with them. They can send after completion of IPA. So by today they will start your IPA process.
We will apply your IPA Application through Hays India. Hence you have to pay the said amount in favor of Hays Recruitment Expert . We will complete your IPA and Visa process through Hays.

Salary: 20 k SGD per month + Incentives+ Other allowance (Tax free salary)
Visa for family
Accommodation for family (Maximum 5 family members are allowed)
Air ticket for Family (You need to submit passport copies of all members)
Leaves (Total 40 leaves are allowed in 1 one year. You can Visit India 2 times in 1 year on company expenses but if you will visit more than 2 times then expenses will be given by your pocket)

Schooling for kids (expenses given by company)
One time food (Only for you and that will be lunch)
