Greetings of the day! My name is Harsh Soni, I am from Indore, India. Some days back I have received a mail from employment@whitingturners.com stating that I got a job there at "Whiting Turner" company. I have then sent my resume and other documents. After getting through all the online procedures for the recruitment they sent me final appointment letter and given the contact of US Embassy Mumbai, Thomas L Vajda. 
I found it not well, because when I called on the given Indian number, one lady, who Thomas sir's secretary told me that first you send us documents and then we will confirm them you send us Visa processing fees of 34500 Rupees via bank transfer and FOR SURE you will get your Visa without any delay( I have call recordings also). I felt uncomfortable from this call, and then immediately searched on Google for the name of given US Embassy consultant, his number, and his email id. I found on the web that there were lots of scam with this name, so before proceeding with him I called the help line in US embassy and also messaged on their official Facebook page on Saturday. 
I have received the reply from them stating that this is total SCAM and FRAUD. I have sent these people my documents like mark-sheets, PanCard, Adhar card and Passport. I am very much nervous on if they will use those certificate for negative works.
Also respected authorities, I request you to take some very serious action regarding these scammers and frauds. I was alert and quick to spot that it is going in the FAKE direction, which is why my money did not go in their hands but these kinds of people really making the wrong way or rather criminal ways to raise money via SCAMS.
I would like to lodge FIR for these people. I want them to compensate me for doing fraud with me. I am sending you the screenshots of their emails in the attachment and also sending you the contact details of that FAKE US Embassy official. Kindly please do fruitful and get back to me. In case you need any more proof, feel free to contact me. I will be waiting for your response.
