I would like to make a complaint for being cheated by a couple pretends to be Doctor from New Delhi..

I am from Chennai and I would like to bring to your kind notice the incident in which I was cheated by a couple from Delhi and request your kind intervention in the matter.
There was an ad in Qikr stating for a sale of laptop and a contact number was given in that. I phoned that number and a lady named Poonan Di (the name that came in Truecaller installed in my phone) spoke to me and finally she agreed to send me that laptop by paying full amount and she gave me the bank account number and also informed that her husband named Dr. Ravinderkumar is a doctor in Delhi, I believed that and remitted the full amount on April 28, 2017 at the Punjab National Bank, here at Teynampet Branch in Eldams road and that night also she spoke me stating that she send me the courier on Trackon Courier and gave me a number to track the courier and asked me to track if I did not receive the courier in the next 2 days. I did not receive the courier till date and I found that there is no consignment booked in that number in the Trackon Courier. So, I was literally cheated by this couple (they pretend as though doctors, but I really do not know. So, I approached Mr. Lal here in Adyar and he has given me to get in touch with you Sir.
That lady is not picking up the phone now and I am not do not have any mode of communication now and she is not responding to SMS messages also.
I am giving you the full details as such:
The lady whom the ad carried the mobile number was Poonam DI and her mobile number is 84169 47785 ( True caller says it is Idea mobile and it is from Uttar Pradesh East)
The person to whom she asked me the money to be deposit is:

The number to which she asked me to track on Trackon Courier is 4588823558.
I have send the bank pay slip as attachment through which a payment has been made for Rs. 3000 and Rs. 4000. (This is because I first made Rs. 3000 deposit, and she refused to stating that she wanted the amount to be deposited in full, so I went to the bank and deposited another 4000).
So, I very humbly request you to do the needful action Sir.
