Hello There, I am Vinod Jaganathan and have posted my property for sale at Magic Bricks and No Broker. I understand that properly purchase takes time and has its own process. I went numb when one Mr. Aditya Kumar closed the deal on a simple phone call. He said he is from the army and did get my property verified by his HR department who highly recommend my property for him and his family. He did not negotiate much and behaved like a genuine buyer. He also shared documents such as Adhar, PAN, Canteen Card and even the army card. He has been requesting my details but I got suspicious after searching for such occurrences on the internet and have refrained from sharing any of my documents.
