10 month ago company care member called me and offer me to shopping on his site and gift some item to me

i was also mail me to offer mail of 3 product, and chose to select any one.

first shopping from  his site and select 

HOLIDAY PACKAGE 3N/4D FOR 4 PERSON IN INDIA @ RS 10,499/-

and online payment from PayU money

i was called 100 time to send my item and gift but in customer care person say we will send to u

but till Date i Don't received and Product and Gift

when i show online complain box Many People are complain to this Company

so, Take Action with this company and stop to his to big Fraud with people
