I was approached by a person calling himself Randip Singh (+91-7001356443 ) today seeking for a rental house after checking my Rental Advertisement in 99Acres (his mobile number and email ID in 99Acres is 7879030244 and mail ID :- randipsingh966022@gmail.com). He gave same documents of Pan card and Aadhar "Aadhar no 637031995565, PAN no EGBPS5450K AND ARMY Liquor CARD LA0303073702700B01 and Defence ID Card 2497324M. ". He informed me that he is working with Army posted in Kanpur and getting transferred to Kolkata immediately. Asked for home pictures mentioning his family will check, After sending the picture from my side, he called back immediately and mentioned family liked the house based on the pics itself and will pay the advance and rent immediately! When I asked about his personal visit for formalities and family members there was no direct answer. He mentioned as per Defence, he want to confirm the Rental House details to the depatment before his transfer to Kolkata and need increase HRA in his Salary, his senior will call me in the evening about 7-8PM also want to make VIDEO Call, after than he will directly transfer the 2month Rent to me through Phone Pay or GPay A/c. 

Before further any communication whith them, I found so many complain against him on NET, and block his Number in my mobile. But I don't konw , can he doing any fraud transaction through Phone pay/G-pay or any online transaction because my Phone Number with them.

Please take appropriate action against them.
