Respected Sir/Madam, Subject: Loss of ₹ 7,26,500 from accounts of different bank Account Holders due to Irresponsible behaviour by In-charge of South Indian Bank ATM Machine , Tanwar Garden, Talao Pali, Kausa, Mumbra

  Mob no.-9022236786 Complaint:  On 10/9/2017 an amount totalling to ₹ 7,26,500 was withdrawn from bank accounts of 31 persons through ATM using ATM Skimming device by fraudsters.The ATM Skimming was done at ATM of South Indian Bank, Talao Pali Road, Kausa,Mumbra . The amount was withdrawn between period  10/09/2017 to 12/09/2017 from 38 accounts through various ATM situated at kalyan, as per details of bank statements of account holders. The fraudsters succeeded in their intention due to 2 reasons: 1.There was no security guard appointed at the ATM South Indian Bank, Talao pali road, Kausa. 2. Although there two CCTV camera installed at the ATM but fail to capture the footage.

Hence it is clear that, fraud  of card cloning occurred due to negligence and irresponsible behaviour of South Indian Bank and its officials, which caused severe hardships to victims of money loss. FIR for the same was also registered at Mumbra Police Station on 12/9/17.

I request you to take stern action against South Indian Bank. Also I request you to issue a letter instructing respective banks of all victims to refund amount at earliest.
