Sir, I had transferred Rs. 5000/- from my ICICI Bank to my freecharge wallet and it reflected in my wallet for a day which later disappeared without any transaction made. When I lodged the complaint with my bank they gave me a transaction number which I forwarded to the freecharge but they say that they cant trace the transaction at their end and told me to raise a dispute with the bank again which I did and the bank again replied me with the same transaction ID and asked me to contact freecharge who gave me the same reply again. What should I do to recover my money...?
