Dear sir I have added 19026/- to my freecharge wallet for my office Postpaid bill payments. I have paid 5 to six bills after that some error will showed in freecharge app. I can't able to make payments. I have mailed them soo many times but I didn't get any response. I called to customer care also but they are not giving the correct information and they are not telling the office address also. Please sir I'm requesting you to help me. Or else I will lose my job in my company.
