Dear sir, On 31.08.2017 a lady(mob no. 7838401759) introducing herself as Citi bank official and offered new schemes and for that purpose sought my card verification details. Afterward she used my card details and fraudulently withdrew/ transferred RS.19999/- ,which came to my knowledge when I get message on my Mobile. Thereafter I immediately reported the matter to Citi Bank vide email dated 31.08.17at 2.22 P.M.and requested to block the card. I request you to please accept my complain and kindly do the needful.
