Mr Prem (9052548644) claims to work in "J K SERVICES". I contacted him on 23rd September through a "verified" advertisement on QUIKER for a house cook. He said he had cooks available and he would get me one in the evening provided I PAYTM him the advance which was 2500. He was well spoken and courteous and hence I believed my ears and transferred him the amount.first, he told me that cooks would be available on 24th and hence he would come on 24th, then he said that the cooks are asking for 2months pay in advance and when I asked him to refund my money he is refusing to refund it
