I was charged automatically for a subscription renewal that I did not intend to continue. I had only taken the subscription during the IPL season earlier this year. I did not manually renew it.

As soon as I noticed the deduction, I logged in just for 10-15 seconds to check if the subscription was active, and immediately submitted a refund request.

I have not used any content. Kindly help me with a refund.
