Received a call from this number asking for card number and CVV number. On denial the person was abusive and threatened. The number I received the call is +91 7091472805

Hey I got a similar call today. He said he's calling from Mumbai head office for "All debit cards". And then used very foul language.
Can these numbers be reported somewhere?
