I would like to make an complaint of a fraud transaction on my Kotak Credit Card (7243 last 4 digits) of Rs. 131855/-. I was sleeping at midnight of after 17 Nov 2017 when this transaction took place and sa real other transaction which were declined. I have the physical control of card with me only and also I did not receive any OTP for any transaction. I am attaching the following messages for your help:.
