We had applied for a printer through online shopping from quick2mart on 15th march and paid 3674 thn on 17th company asked for 5249 more which we paid through paytm. The company then niether dispatched our product nor refunded the payment. Again today on 25th may we got a call from quick2mart that though they have current account and their having slab of 25000 payment transfer system if we pay more to them then company will refund our whole payment withen 30sec with interest of our previous payment. But while we pay more 14000 then they disconnect the phn and switched off it. We lost our payment on this company

Pls do any action on this. As this company had taken amt50000.00 from me for refunding procedure. I am helpless so pls help me getting my money back
