Sir, I have received a call from Mob No.7065740776 on my mobile no.7894739615 on 11 Nov 17 at about 12:05 PM and saying that "you have selected a lucky customer by Paytm and a gift be given you on purchasing of an item's of appx RS.3000/-." Further, on same day at about 2:49 PM received a call from same number and saying to select the items. Then, the amount of items to be paid by Paytm as directed by him. I have paid an amount of RS.3892/- through Paytm on other number I.e. 8377074720 with transaction ID no.16486721078 on 11 Nov 17 at about 3:38 PM. The transaction and order confirmed by another mobile no.+911206564552. However, now all above three numbers are got switched off or not reachable and also not showing any order in my Paytm account. Request Lodge a case regarding fraud online shopping made by calling from above number and also refund the said amount please.
