This month Jul'18 noticed three deductions from my ICICI bank account by VINGOOGLETin of INR1000each from my debit card. Surprisingly the debit card was with me when I received deduction message. Nor did I get OTP. This fraud deduction must have continued for years. ICICI bank has no explanation on this. I am trying to track since when it's going on. Why is Government not taking no action on this fraud VINGOOGLETin despite millions of complaint from victims. Need urgent help please.
