Booked a bus ticket from Patiala to Chandigarh time of departure was 7:30 pm. When I called up the travel agency they told me bus will not reach the destination mentioned and you have to reach at another point that too at 5:30 otherwise ur wish I told them I m coming from outstation how can I reach 2hrs earlier and when I had mentioned time 7:30 how can u leave 2 hrs earlier they said it's up to u whether u can reach or not we can't help n can't refund your money what kind of service is this?? Sheer fraud that u take money online frm customer and then run bus 2hrs earlier and without any info.. now they are just saying complaint wherever u want we r not afraid of any one we will not refund ur amount
