A group of ladies wearing blue saree and having a ID card on neck , told me to call 1800 120 170 170 . I told that i have no balance then they said it's till free , somehow i managed to call on wrong no. And escaped . Is this a fraud, if it is , then what can they do by calling on toll free no.
