Jabong randomly deducted INR 1698.74 from my bank account for no reason on 23rd of Oct. When I called them they asked for my bank statement. I provided statement from 20th Oct to 24th Oct which included the relevant transaction. Further they are now asking for 7 months of my bank statement for their investigation and said that we can't assist you if you don't provide the information.
