Dear Cyber crime cell team,

I have been called by idiol trip.com om 10th march 2017 and thry have offered me 5 nights/6 days package at Rs. 11499 and i can book the same withing 1 year.

When i said u seems fraud and i dont trust u give some refrence then they said due to privacy policy we can share details. Then they said we are taking payment through Pay U Money gate way so i feel safe and trusted that considering that Pay U Money must have verified them as merchant after that only they have them a payment gate way.

So i have booked my goa trip on the same day and they send me hotel booking confirmation email on 10th march itself. So i have paid them 11,499 rs via credit card and my travel date was 12th may to 16th may.

When a week before my journey i had called to hotel cidade de goa to remit the payment from given card details.. and when they tried to remit the money from the card details which has been provided by idiol trip to them was declined and then i called idiol trip that your card was declined .. pls do paymne to hotel then they said before 24 to 72 houes of your travel we will make payment to hotel.

Then on 11th may means before 24 hour of my travel i called idiol trip to make payment in 12 pm then they said by 3 pm we will make payment then 3 pm inagain called them then they said we will make payment by 6 pm then i again called them 6 pm then they said your booking is cancel and they also email.me the same as well.

Then i tried Pay u money that idiol trip is fraud give me their contact details. And i said i have lodge the complaint in cyber cell as well so pay u money email me that if cyber crime cell will contact us we will provide them contact details of idiol trip.

Many other people have been cheated by udiol trip.com and all complaints has been registered on grahaksuraksha.com as well.
