A company name comps trade exist online having business solution services from Kartrocket.
Company is registered at the address of Khargar Navi mumbai.I personaly went and verified the address where it was found that address provided is of residential flat where someone was living on rent 2 years back and now doing fraud on the same.
On June 26 2017 i had placed order against order no.123078000001842 and paid amount via Paytm to company's merchant account.
I had received order no.,payment and Fedex courier label no. From company's mail address i.e sales@compstrade.com and delivery date was committed if 29 June.
Till today neither i had received the product,money refund nor personn is receiving call or replying on messages.
Mobile number for wats app reflects that person is online, reading all messages but not responding also when calling on calling number person is disconnecting the call with which it seems that person is doing fraud intentionally.

KARTROCKET is still silent after mumtiple emails which denotes that they might be involved in the same.
I had also send a complaint on PM modi's application still waiting response from their.
