I were involved in telephonic call and paid amounts of 1000/- than after otp submitted, transaction failed, but amount deducted from my account after 5 min. , in between again I pressurized to feel form and I entered reg fee amount 1000 , but OTP came of 4999/- ,,, so I cancelled all the things and get out from net window, but in phone I was pressurized to sent the deducted amount sms to that customer service executive no. But I did not sent, thus I am complaining right now
