Person named Deepak Pawar called me and said he likes to rent our flat. He was planning to scam us by sending fake IDs. He asked us to send a bank transfer of Rs 5 to his account which he claimed as his supervisors. We got suspicious and found out online that this is a Modus operandi and tricking people .
