I order neck massager from complacenciaa ,the massager didn't have battery case .i order this by looking at Instagram add.i mail the company -www.maxwulife.in/smart which was provided to me in my email.regarding product. I mailed them .but mail doesn't reaching to them and fail reply is coming.plz help
